Animal Foster Homes – The Need is URGENT

By Lynn Moroz, Volunteer Lead Cat Coordinator, Infinite Woofs Animal Rescue Society (IWARS)

There is a saying, what comes first, the chicken or the egg?  Well, in the rescue world, we need both to occur at the same time!

Please allow me to explain.  We cannot bring in a cat to the rescue if we don’t have a foster home.  We don’t know who we are intaking until that home is set up, and we know what they can accept, kittens, pregnant cats, injured cats, etc.  Ideally, we would have a list of cats waiting for fosters to pick; however, the sad reality is that we need the homes first, then we can work on matching potential kitty or kitties and getting them brought in.

For the Love of Fostering Animals

We don’t have a photo of our next intake; however, requests come for almost all the types of placements you can imagine, and rest assured, they are all adorable in their special way!

If you are willing to join us on this adventure of saving lives, we would love to have you as a foster; we provide all the supplies you need, and the vetting required to have a kitty ready for adoption. You provide the home, the love, and the second chance for a furry friend(s).  You will find our foster home application at infinitewoofs.com under the tab our cats. We also need foster homes for dogs and small animals such as rabbits, guinea pigs, hamsters, and so on if this interests you!
