Did you know that SIMPLYK is the only 100% free donation platform in Canada, uniquely funded by voluntary contributions from donors?
Its mission is to help organizations maximize their resources through easy-to-use technology. With their donation tools, peer-to-peer campaigns, and ticketing, they plan to help 10 million organizations change the world. Over 4,000 Canadian nonprofits use SIMPLYK; you can see some reviews on their Capterra profile.
Yes, you read that right; they are 100% free!
They also cover all credit card fees, meaning you get 100% of the donations or payments your supporter makes. They use a unique business model in which the donor or ticket buyer can contribute to their platform at the payment confirmation step.
Have a look here to see our infographic video demonstrating our model:
Mandi Lamb, the Mentoring Coordinator with Big Brothers Big Sisters Grey Bruce, said,
“I recommend SIMPLYK whenever I can… We save so much on fees, and the customer service is INCREDIBLE! When we have a question, we can send an email and get an answer within hours (if not minutes).”
SIMPLYK can help you and your organization with:
- Donation forms
- Peer-to-peer fundraising
- Event ticketing
- Online shop
- Raffle ticketing
- And other creative ways to use the platform!
Why SIMPLYK was founded
In 2015, co-founder François De Kerret and Thibault Jaurou arrived in Montreal and began seeking volunteer opportunities. He soon realized that it was difficult to know where help was needed. Together they set up a volunteer marketplace. From 2016 to 2018, this platform is used by 50,000 volunteers.
From this experience with charities, they realized that organizations were struggling to buy technology, including fundraising technology. They created the donation and ticketing platform to ensure that all organizations access the best tools to maximize their resources.
